My goal as a strength and conditioning coach is to create an environment filled with trust and respect that allows each athlete to excel in their specific sport. Each athlete will be seen as an individual who is part of a team; being pushed to their maximum potential as a team and as individuals. Position, role, body type and personality will be taken into consideration when developing programs and coaching style. Having a background in athletic training gives me a natural concern for safety and proper technique. I also strongly believe in prehab to prevent injuries, and program adjustment for those athletes who have sustained an injury. Program adjustments will focus on returning the athlete to play as safely and quickly as possible. My purpose is to help you discover your own maximum potential.
Howdy. Welcome to Northeastern Strength and Conditioning!
